0Dealer is a Pakistan-focused property marketplace. People use it to discover houses, apartments, plots and commercial property for sale or rent. Owners or authorised listing representatives use it to publish those listings and, where the site allows it, to be contacted about them.

0Dealer is a platform. It is not the owner of listed properties, not the buyer or seller, not a real estate agent acting for either party, not a party to a private deal between users, and not a guarantor of any property, person or transaction.

The service is operated from 0dealer.com. These Terms do not name a registered company, office address or company number because those details are not published on the site.

By accessing or using 0Dealer you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, post a listing, report a listing or send a contact or complaint message, you also agree to follow the rules that apply to those actions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

You can browse public listings without an account. To post a listing, manage your listings, report a listing or ask the site to show a poster's phone number, you need an account. Posting a listing and viewing another person's contact number also require a verified email address.

The registration form does not currently collect or check your age. You are responsible for using the service lawfully.

When you create or use an account you agree to:

• give accurate information
• keep your sign-in details secure
• not impersonate another person
• not create an account for fraud or other misuse
• not use another person's account

If you publish a listing you are responsible for the information in it. That can include the title, description, price, location, property details, photographs and the other fields asked for on the listing form.

Listings must be:

• accurate, as far as you know
• not intentionally misleading
• about the property being offered
• submitted in good faith
• posted only if you are the owner or have the owner's authorisation

0Dealer does not verify ownership of every property. A listing on the site is not proof that the poster owns the property or that the details are complete.

When you post a listing you must say whether you are the owner or someone directly authorised by the owner. That statement is a declaration. It is not an identity check and it is not a title search.

0Dealer is a broker-free marketplace. Only owners or people they have authorised may post listings. You must not post as a broker or dealer, ask for a commission or other brokerage fee, or use the site to solicit clients for that purpose.

You must not falsely claim to be the owner, an authorised representative, a government authority, a housing society or any other person or organisation.

0Dealer helps people find listings and contact posters. It does not complete a sale, lease or transfer for you.

You are responsible for checking, yourself or with advisers you choose:

• ownership and identity
• property documents and approval status
• whether a transfer or lease is allowed
• outstanding dues, taxes and charges
• condition, possession and any claims or encumbrances
• any other matter that matters to your decision

For a significant transaction you should take appropriate professional or legal advice. 0Dealer does not guarantee those matters.

After you sign in and verify your email, you can ask the site to show a poster's display name and phone number. Conversation after that is between you and the other person.

Any negotiation, agreement, payment, transfer, lease, sale or other deal is between the users involved. 0Dealer is not a party to that deal, does not handle payments or escrow, and does not prepare transfer or lease documents.

The site does not process payments for property transactions. Be careful before you send money. Do not rely only on a listing or a conversation when you decide whether to transfer funds. Check the other party and the property first.

You must not:

• post fake, fraudulent or unauthorised listings
• give misleading property information
• impersonate another person or organisation
• use the site for scams, harassment, threats or other illegal activity
• spam users or abuse the contact, report or support forms
• try to break, overload or misuse the service
• use automated access in a way that harms the site or other users
• upload content that you do not have the right to use
• put unnecessary personal or sensitive information in a public listing

You are responsible for the photographs, text and other material you upload. You must have the rights or permission needed to use them.

You keep your rights in that content. By publishing it on 0Dealer you give us a limited permission to host, display and distribute it as needed to run the marketplace — for example on listing pages, search results and similar listings. We do not claim to own your photographs or listing text.

Listings may be reviewed, held, published or removed. Administrators can reject a listing, hide it after a report, or change its public status. Owners can edit listings that are still editable, change availability (for example sold or rented) and delete a listing they posted.

Not every listing is reviewed by a person before it appears, and moderation cannot guarantee that every false or harmful listing will be found. We may remove or restrict content that breaks these Terms or that raises safety, legal or platform-integrity concerns.

Signed-in users can report a listing from the listing page. Anyone can send a complaint or other message through 0dealer.com/contact. There is no separate legal email address on the site.

We may restrict, suspend or remove access, and we may remove listings, where we believe it is needed because of a Terms breach, fraud, abuse, a security threat, illegal activity, repeated misuse or other genuine platform-safety reasons.

You can delete a listing you posted from My Listings. The site does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion control. If you want an account closed, use the contact form.

The 0Dealer name, branding, software, design and other platform materials belong to 0Dealer or to their respective rights holders. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or reuse those materials except where the law allows it.

Listing photographs and text remain the poster's responsibility. Third-party marks that appear in user content are not claimed as ours.

The site may load or link to services outside our control, including map tiles and the social profiles in the footer. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for websites or services we do not operate.

Listings and other user content are provided by users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 0Dealer does not guarantee:

• that every listing is accurate or complete
• ownership of every property
• the identity of a seller, buyer or other user
• property condition, possession or availability
• asking price, final price or future value
• approval status or that a transaction will complete

You use the site and rely on listings at your own judgement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 0Dealer is not liable for loss that arises from user listings, user conversations, user transactions, or your decision to rely on information published by another user. This includes money sent between users, failed deals and disputes over property.

Nothing in these Terms tries to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If a claim arises from your listings, your content, your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights, you agree to be responsible for that claim to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may change, improve, suspend or stop parts of the service. We do not promise that the site will always be available or that every feature will stay the same.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will change the last-updated date at the top of this page. You should review the page from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

0Dealer is used for property in Pakistan. These Terms are intended to be read with the laws that apply in Pakistan. If a dispute must go to a court, it should be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, subject to any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

This section is a general statement. It does not name a specific city or court because that has not been published on the site.
